The secretary to Dr Benjamin was not empathetic and very unhelpful.

Have a competent secretary for outpatient follow-up. I’m not sure if this is the correct form to use but couldn’t find anything else for neuro rehab!!

Thank you to all the staff who cared for my relative, he is doing amazingly. He was so poorly when he came to Edgcumbe and I cant thank the staff enough for all their care. He has now been able to return home which we are both grateful for.

This is an excellent unit staffed by the most wonderful, kind and caring people. Despite being understaffed on occasion, they retain their sense of humour and increase their work rate to cope. I must mention the food, which is the best hospital food I've ever experienced. We actually look forward to meal times.

Like all NHS establishments, staffing could be improved.
